Hotel Chocolate Tradicional, Guanajuato

My stay at the hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms were rented as quiet but unfortunately very noisy due to the breakfast area close by. On a positive note, the rooms had a very cool vibe. However, the noise from the beer refrigerator was quite bothersome. The brown paintwork and stained curtains were a downside.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although clean, was a bit noisy as it opened onto the breakfast area with a loud beer refrigerator. On the bright side, it was comfortable and had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the city. The service was excellent, with the staff being really nice and helpful, although they couldn't find a lost earring. The location was superb, central, and near many bars and restaurants. The dining experience was average, offering a simple breakfast. The facilities were adequate, meeting basic needs.

Staying at the hotel was quite nice overall. The location is really central and convenient, being close to the main attractions, but climbing lots of stairs to get there can be a challenge. The service was good, although some incidents like room invasion by the maid were unsettling. The dining options could be better, but the terrace view is lovely.
